Shaping an Inclusive Future in Transport and Logistics: Your Insights Matter

Following a successful kick-off meeting in Paris, the Disabled people Inclusion and Training in Transport and Logistics (DiTL) project is making great strides towards its goal of improving inclusion across the sector. As we continue our mission, we are excited to share progress and invite key industry stakeholders to join us in shaping the future of a more accessible and equitable transport and logistics landscape.

Advancing Inclusion: A European Perspective

Our work began with a deep dive into the regulatory landscape across Europe. Under Work Package 1, we conducted a comparative analysis of national regulations related to disabilities, providing us with an important foundation for understanding the legal context that shapes inclusion efforts in various countries.

However, we believe that creating lasting impact goes beyond regulations. To truly drive change, we need to understand the lived experiences, perceptions, and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities within the transport and logistics sector.

Help Us Understand the Sector’s Perspective

As we prepare to deepen our research, we are taking a step back to focus on a fundamental question: How are disabilities perceived within the transport and logistics sector?

To answer this, we are reaching out to professionals and organizations who are directly involved in workforce development and operations. Whether you’re preparing the next generation of transport professionals or actively working in the sector, your voice is essential to shaping our understanding.

We are especially looking to hear from:

  • Professional placement and career orientation providers
  • Professional training centers
  • Companies operating in transport and logistics
